Leonard for his three years of service to the Chapter as President, and presents
him with a plaque on behalf of the Chapter. |

| Starting a new Chapter tradition of
exchanging Pins, 2006 President Dave Bloomer presented Past President
Everett Leonard with a NARFE Past President Pin. |

| Past President Everett Leonard presented
President Dave Bloomer with a NARFE President Pin. As this tradition
of exchanging pins is continued the President pin will be presented in turn
to all future presidents when they take office. When they leave office
the new President will present to them a Past President Pin in exchange for
the President Pin. |
