The Quarterly Meeting schedule is posted on the Meeting information page.
During 2010 meetings will only be held on call of the President since members of District 7 & 8 will be meeting to plan the 2011 TFC Convention in Galveston at meeting called by Convention Chair Phil Kraus of Chapter 1375.  If a Council meeting is to be held it will be at Tracy Gee Community Center, 3599 Westcenter Drive, Houston, Texas

  October Quarterly Meeting

The next Houston Association of Chapters quarterly meeting will be at the call of the President.  If a meeting is called it will be for the date shown on the tentative meeeting schedule and will be held  at Tracy Gee Community Center, 3599 Westcenter Drive, Houston, Texas.  At this time all scheduled meetings are cancelled for 2010 in order to concentrate on meetings for the planning of the 2011 TFC Convention.

Greater Houston Council of Chapters Membership Information
To join the Greater Houston Council, Chapters must (1) have their Chapter approve joining the Council, including (2) agreeing to pay an initiation fee and yearly dues of $30, and  (3) designating 2 voting representatives and alternates (preferably including the Chapter Pres & VP) to attend quarterly meetings of the Association. Chapters who have not already done so and now wish to join the Council are asked to contact Dave Bloomer for details at 281-438-2272 or by email to: dabtex@sbcglobal.net   

The following  Chapters have joined, send representatives and alternates to attend quarterly meetings, and have paid the yearly membership dues for 2010 and 2011:
